Nathan Smith is a member of the AQHA Professional Horsemen's Association and has more than 15 years experience showing and training in the Quarter Horse and color breed circuit. He is a graduate of Murray State University's Equine Program and rode for Jon Barry Training Stables for nearly 7 years.

While Nathan is willing to work with any Western Pleasure or Hunter performance-based horse and rider team, he concentrates on preparing 2 and 3-year-olds for Western Pleasure and Hunter futurities.

Nathan's wife Betsy, is an AQHA World Champion Amateur and has earned multi top tens at Congress.
